All pricing includes delivery, setup at one location (usually the ceremony), and post-event pickup within our standard service area. Florals may be repurposed from the ceremony to the reception. We are happy to give permission to your wedding planner or day-of coordinator to move the florals, as they are already onsite throughout the day. Some coordinators are happy to assist, while others prefer not to—please check with them in advance. Full connected arches must be dismantled and moved by our team. We strongly recommend booking our team to stay onsite or return later to repurpose florals. This ensures your arrangements are moved safely and positioned exactly as intended. We have found that when handled by others, repurposing is not always completed or completed correctly, which can affect the overall desired look and flow of the dinner/reception.
